The taco truck at the Summit West Chevron station is damn good and cheap.

Agree, found that the other day, for $5 you get a log sized burrito full of good stuff like chopped avacado, beans etc (not your packet guacamole stuff either). Couldn't manage it in one attempt!

Crystal - The Mint in Enumclaw (1608 Cole St. near the corner of Cole St. and Hwy 164)  Get the spinach salad (which we lovingly refer to as the bacon salad because it's so bacony).  You won't be sorry.  Good beer selection too.

Baker - North Fork Brewery aka "The Beer Shrine" (6186 Mt. Baker Hwy, Deming, WA).  Good pizza.

Stevens - Usually don't stop on the way home, but on the way up a stop at The Sultan Bakery (on the left side of Hwy 2 as you're heading east) for a buttermilk bar and/or a cinnamon apple cup is a must.

Snoqualmie Pass - Can't give enough endorsements for Rhoadies.  The Carolina Trailboss with pork fills my belly and my soul.

Stopped by Bruno's in Eatonville a few times on the way home from Rainier and they have really good food and some good micros on tap.

If your down at Paradise I love Whittakers Bunkhouse for coffee in the morning for the gate wait. For the drive home Copper Creek is awesome, at least it seems awesome after a good tour or summit climb. If your heading back from Crystal on 410 to 512, NEVER eat at Mazatlan in Bonney Lake. Just dont do it, you will thank yourself. But by all means stop at the bikini coffee joint near there on the right. I know some of you know it....

Cosign on Copper Creek Inn. The Blackberry Pie is amazing.

If I'm going through Burlington, Tacos Guaymas is the place.

And I'll make special trips to Baker just so I can hit up Pelmeni in Bellingham on the way home. Nothing, and I repeat NOTHING is better than a steaming hot plate of Russian dumpings after a long day in the mountains.
