- Trip Reports and Replies; Forum Topic Posts and Replies: All editing actions are fully tracked and can be reviewed by a visitor to the Website and by our Site administrators. In this context, you are identified to other Site users by your screen name.
- Calendar and Events: When you post an event on Our Calendar: Your screen name will be visible to others who are logged into the Site.
- Polls: Answers to our polls and surveys are only shared outside TAY in an aggregated format such that no information can be tied to an individual respondent.

- Location (not real-time location; simply whatever you entered in the Location field)

- Private Messaging: Others will be able to contact you via our Private Messaging system, which sends you a message only visible to you on this Website, and also sent to your email address. The sending user will not see your email address, and our Site admins will not be able to see the message as it's encrypted.
