We didn't see any signs of instability. We did see some slide debris but it looked old. Now the tour was about a week ago and there has been lots of new snow so things are probably quite different now...

Thanks for the TR. We were there on the 4th. We drove to the intersection with 2160. Skied the SW side. Really cool peak. Had a lot of fun.

There is still a lot of snow up there. It will take a while to melt it all. For Mount Ann, you would want stable avy conditions.

We went over Herman Saddle. They are expecting a lot of new snow in the next few days. Hopefully thy are right.
We got up to Silver of Saturday also. Must have been after you. We saw the sled tracks. We came up from Annette. Didn't bring the skis. There was a little bit of bushwhacking down low near the la...

I was up that way yesterday (Jan 1). Great snow. I saw a boot track going down the ridge past the katwalk, but nothing that looked like ski tracks.
