Same road I think but I may be wrong. I bet it will gated after last weekend. Saw a couple of cars in the ditch.
Real pow but no real base. Should be fixed shortly, though.

Why take FS-75 instead of Skate Creek Rd?
That's weird, road was good to go all the way to the TH as of 10/28. Although now im sure it's snowy..
How was the road to Schriebers? The FS page shows it closed at MP 3.55 as of 10/25?
FYI Google photos not showing up -- might be a sharing permission issue.
That was the unknown variable for me, whether the route is passable. Looks like you got the goods!
No we ended up just taking the fall line corn rather than navigating around the crevasses up high. I think it was the call given how warm it was getting and our timing.
Most nice. I was tempted to head that way but could not find partners in crime. Did you summit, then?
My wife and I were up there yesterday too, and we watched that family whiz by. What an inspiration, and a great way to respond to people when they say "you can't do those kinds of things once you have kids."
Great work!
Great work!
I saw video on Insta of that 7-year old skiing the snowfield. I'm betting that not one of his buddies back home can say they've skied a volcano. Here's to hoping yesterday starts his TAY quest. If he stays at it until he's my age that would be like a 1000 months or something.
Well worth wading through the swamp for! It felt more like June up there. Bring your shorts and sunscreen.

It is beautiful in the table Mountain area, but has many hazards. Â If you are new to that area I would recommend reaching out to

They have a detailed map of ascent and descent routes in that area specifically that you can purchase for $10. No I do not work there, but my buddies took a class from them and it is worth it. Best of luck
Thanks for info about the run list. I'll definitely get one. More from the website:

Thanks for the TR.
Can you clarify which parking lot you started ?
WSDOT indicates that the road to Artist Point is closed since Oct 6th, so I'm assuming you started from the lower resort Parking lot, correct ?
If yes, you do confirm that you were able to skin from the resort parking lot ?
Thanks again!
They would have skinned from the upp...

Any thoughts on the tracks? Martin?
Were you able to tour (skin) from your car? Thanks. Always a great spot.
author=kamtron link=topic=38967.msg157430#msg157430 date=1508790548]Thanks kamtron. Not sure on the crevasses.... the new snow may have helped....But more will be needed before the crevasses are bridged.
Nice day to have Baker all to yourselves.
Anyone know what the crevasses are like up there right now?

Thanks for the stoke guys! Keep it goin. I'm just grateful I got up there once! Might not happen again I'm older than JAGR!
Thanks ShailCaser. JAGR is amazing to be playing in the NHL. Ned Overend and Tinker Jurez are still getting it done on there bikes. For sure it is harder each year to keep the body together.

Nice work, my bro and I are at 133. We pretty much started at the same time.
Nice work, Andy. When the difficulty factor is considered, you guys' 133 and Telemack's 122 make mine look like child's play in comparison.

Congrats on your nice string, always enjoy your ambitious projects, and that you and your brother, are ski partners, hard to beat that no nonsense communication.
Thanks

Maybe next spring? Let's see how this winter goes here and there and everywhere.
Sounds good
Nothing like skinning Skyline for first freshies

Congrats! 240 that's ridiculous. You should be inducted into the Turns

I would have never skied with you guys if I knew your streaks were only at few years. Â ;)
We could have avoided all those one 1 day ultra marathon sufferfests from Vancouver to the mountains. When are you gonna visit BC again?

Nice one Gump! assuming others besides your brother can call you that. Mike, are you at 132 as well? Damn impressive
It's all good, I think once someone gives you a knickname it's too late. Let's get out
for a ski this season. Mikes also at 132.
