I personally wasn't offended by the talk of shooting people, but I draw the line at talk of shooting dogs. Little yappy dogs excluded, of course.

It only takes a couple slashers to render a slope useless for yoyoing for fresh tracks.  I agree though, no friends on powder days...well pretty much anyway...

Not a BC story but skiing, and lame, nonetheless:

Deep powder day and I ski up on two guys standing on a cat track looking downslope.  I blow past them, fly off the track and land in beautiful waist deep snow.  Ten turns down, my skis dive under a buried crust and I eat sh@t right in front of them.  They ski by, laughing hard at me as I'm lying there...in my patrol jacket.
