The Paradise "Mountain" webcam image has a caption at the bottom that says, "In Memory of US Park Ranger Margaret Anderson." I hadn't noticed that before:

The newspaper recently reported that Congressman Reichert (R-WA), supported by the entire WA delegation has submitted a formal request to rename the Eatonville PO the Margaret Anderson PO. How much longer the east Pierce POs are supposed to be in existence I don't know.

I'm not sure how noticeable it is in the upper right-hand news rotation, but there's a climbing group this summer that's raising funds for Ranger Anderson's kids as part of their prep -- details here:
