I sent my $100 rebate in on mid Oct 2010 and have yet to get it back.
I called once and they said it was processing, the 2nd email they said it was approved but they were waiting for the funds to be released by Rottefella, maybe the 3rd time is the charm??
So don't hold your breath, maybe they are waiting for the lighter version to come out so we buy that with the rebate in the fall of 2011?
**Edit**
I called again today and they do have my rebate authorized, just waiting for the funds from Rottefella. The form says 8-10 weeks but I'm out I think 16 right now.

Mike (md2020) uses Insane for his NTN, might have some suggestions.
I have inserts on my RT86 installed before my NTN. I did direct mount on Charger using the Rott 6 holes. No going back!
I had origninally used the tele inserts on my Insanes to mount, but for NTN it was too far fwd compared to 75mm. I went ahead and pushed the binding back to the unauthorized "4th" position with the aft set screw hanging off the plate to gain another 1.5 cm. 10 days later the binding broke at the brake cutout. Not sure it was because of this experiment, but may not have helped.
Since then I have gone ahead and driiled 4 holes in such a location that I am able to pick up the 2 aft inserts by using one of the triangular cutouts at the plate. The newer plates don't have the cutouts, but you may be able to put a couple holes into your plate to match the inserts. Anyway, that gives me 6 screws with 2 into the inserts. I had to do just a bit of drilling into the corner of the cutout to get the screw flush, but it seems pretty good. This actually moves everthing back 5 cm so it puts the binding 2 cm aft when in the fwd detent position. Right where I want them. Skied them like this once and, knock on wood, seems to be working.

I emailed Scarpa, and Rottefella on this issue. Scarpa jumped on it real quick and I got a response today....
heard back from Rottefella today... there is apparently some issue with the Visa cards being issued so you will see a check for $100, instead of the Visa card with $100 on it.
Stoked you like your boots and you should expect to see your check in the near future. Unfortunately, that is about all the info I've received myself on this matter so far.
Thanks for making your issue known to SCARPA, I am available for any other issues you have in this process.

First skied with my NTN for 3 hrs, then switched to my duckbill gear (RT86 + Switchback + T3x). Wow, felt really naked. Must be like switching from a heavy Downhill gear to an AT gear (actually no idea how that feels). A margin for error felt much smaller. However, I was able to ski pretty much the same way as my NTN earlier! Only thing a little hard was edging on slick hard surfaces. Also turn initiation seems tiny bit slower.
I had so much fun with my 75mm gear after all. I did have to be centered much more, though it didn't seem difficult. I can still ski with less. Of course, my light gear is much more heavy-duty than the skinny/leather gear of the past. One thing I have noticed with my NTN gear, it pretty much eliminated my occasional hesitation for right turns, especially in difficult snow. This is partially because the NTN forces one to use the shin pressure to flex the bellow. You can't just lift the heels! This really helped my skiing with the duck-gear. No hesitation at all into either direction! (at least last night).
My conclusion. NTN does help 75mm skiing, or does it? I can't separate out effects of active bindings, stiffer boots, softer bellows, etc. At least I now have two options for skiing (no AT for me). Next week I'll try my touring gear (10th mtn + T2.5 + 3pin cable).
