I got no problem passing this guy, but I'm not religious enough to pass the three drivers stacked up between us AND him.

and you always must remember that you may end up parked next to him.......

Thats driving etiquette; different thread.
Tailgate the moron until he moves over... thats what I do. I get right up his ass like ... feet away and scare him into pulling over. Works every time but you have to be very bold and real close.
Helps if you have a car/truck you don't give a toss about.

You gotta just bite the bullet and viciously tailgate each one in turn. It takes patience but it always works....keep swerving out and pretending to pass... it wears on their nerves and eventually you will dominate them.
It's the fireman in you... you're to goody goody and don't have a sufficient ruthless streak.
I can help you.

That actually happened to me last year. Guy I tailgated into submission parked next to me and jumped out of the car and started giving me shit. I just ignored him an he was a lot smaller so it wasn't going anywhere. If he was a big guy I was going to lock the car and wait until he'd got bored. Like an avy slope you have to have an escape strategy worked out in advance if you're going to engage in risky behavior.

And you must remember that you are completely guilty if a collision occurs when they break check you.

Maybe they are speeding up and slowing down because you have been tailgating them.
