Jonathan S has posted much info re Dynafit ramp angle, heel height, etc. on TGR. JS is The Dynadata Man.
I've been fine with the Dynafit Comfort/ST/FT ramp delta (I have a big foot so the same ramp delta will result in somewhat less ramp angle than a smaller BSL) until last weekend, when I started dialing in my new TLT5 Mtn boots, which have more forward lean than my previous AT boots. I avoid any discussion here re the interplay between ramp angle and forward lean. There's lots of stuff by more knowledgeable people out there on the Internet.
I machined a HDPE shim, reducing the ramp delta by 5mm. Still working on it. I may go to a Speed heel w/Comfort pins and Comfort top as GregL depicts. BTW, aftermarket Comfort tops and volcanoes are available from B&D.
Re Dynafit screws, as JS says, the head taper of any ABS screw will work for the rear four screws. For the front screw, one can grind down the head of a standard ABS screw in a few seconds by placing the screw threads in a drill bit, run the drill on slow and reduce the diameter by grinding on a bench grinder. It took me <30 seconds to do that last weekend and it fit the front screw hole just fine.

If the adjustment range works for you without re-drilling, and you have access to a set of Speed heels, it's a WIN-WIN-WIN situation. Especially if you grind the bump off the Speed heelpiece body, you don't give up any performance, get a stronger (solid) pivot post, and lose weight.
