Passing the TAY torch

Charles, I'm not much of a poster but a big fan of your work.  You've helped organize a community of like-minded souls and provided access to tools so we could be safe and share our experiences.  In passing on the mantle to Marcus, I think you've selected someone who shares our passion for the mountains and respects this unique community of skiers and riders.   Can't think of a better person for the job!

I remember the early Trip Reports which were coordinated by Brent Hostetler.  Then the creation of TAY and the wonderful growth that still continues.  All organizations which are successful and grow, experience a transition of the leadership.  It is truly impressive when a founder recognizes that to foster the growth of their organization, they need to introduce a new leader and then step aside.

Over the years, I have always been impressed with your honest and caring attitude and doing what was right for TAY.  You “walked the talk” which is an unusual trait.

Jill and I sincerely “thank you” for everything you have done to create a wonderful community at TAY.

Just a couple of questions ( I can't help it).
Are you transeferring ownership as well and have you sold it to Marcus or are you just transferring administration but retaining ownership?
Only reason I ask is if you have sold it, the new owners have the right to turn it more commercial and take more ads etc.
