I'm a bit late on the uptake, but I'd like to add my three or four cents worth. In my view, Charles is one of those rare visionaries who, by epiphany or dogged pursuit of incremental change, alters the way the rest of us perceive the world. He's certainly done that for me, and in fact continues to do so by virtue of the way he handed off Turns All Year following a lot of thoughtful, considerate examination of how this might work.
