New Bullion Basin lift, upgrade to High Campbell..

I was searching for something else and came across this. Well, here it is 2013/14 and I guess BB chair is not that much of a priority right now, nor is replacing CH6 with something more modern.  *But* at least the wastewater plant is done and we have Taco truck!

Yep as is typical you can never count on what might happen and when it might happen at Crystal - BB is probably never going to happen and HC seems to be a slow upgrade (but at least this year it will have nice new ski pass reader gates just like those at the bottom of CHex - REX is getting them also, just to many hikers scamming the system.

I also skied the old BB lift back when it existed and the skiing was atrocious for the reasons that Lowell listed. In terms of access to BC skiing, if the lift area did not exist, there might not even be access today. If a logging road existed prior to the area development it may not have been maintained.
Does anyone know the history of the area prior to the Crystal development?
