Sometimes, some employees need a review of customer service policies. It sounds like there have been quite a few complaints coming from The Campbell Basin Lodge.

Larry I believe the Greenwater shuttle was a New Years Eve only thing? Mostly aimed at GW residents who were trying to minimize their exposure to Elk strikes, Drunk drivers and maximize their own window of drinking opportunity

....and just out of interest where would you plan on parking in GW to use any Shuttle service if it was running? cause there isn't any public parking or land owned by Crystal for such purpose. If you park on my GW property without permission. I'll take the wheels off your car.

Who is this alleged " soup nazi "? The only thing i ever eat at Crystal is soup. Like 100 times and not once have I ever had a bad experience .If you would like to attend a short clinic on how to order your soup, I would be happy to arrange one.Topics covered: How to get extra crackers.......Hawaiian style..... and stewilly....................Keep up the good work Crystal soup guys....and don't worry about the few that complain here some of them can complain about anything.And this thread proves it ...

Like George and Elaine we obviously do not know the correct procedure for ordering stew without getting either corrected on our stew pronunciation or a lecture on our ability to form a proper  stew line.
Pray tell us your secrets eskinmo for successful, attitude free stew procurement and the elusive " extra crackers" that are afforded to so few.

It's funny, my near altercation with him also arose from the fact that I apparently failed to order something in a manner satisfactory to his standards. I think I tried to order something while standing in the wrong place.
