I'm super stoked on Zorbing right now.

yep its way funner than skiing. stick your skins to the zorb and run inside like a hamster to earn your turns.

This makes me think of only two possible solutions,

WAKE UP EARLIER

-or-

SKIN FARTHER

Public Service Announcement -- This Sunday 1/13, I'll be taking a group of 20 out to the Hen Skin Lake / Bear Gap area to do some beacon search practice and ski the slopes around the gap.

does this constitute a herd as defined above and what sort of mentality will there be?

I will be in the Bagley lakes area tomorrow and expect to run into herds of AAI and Mountaineer avalanche hole diggers, maybe ski area hole diggers, probably a few snowboarders building jumps and toting camcorders around, possibly someone with a thing for dub-step, if all goes well someone will bring their flute and mandolin, and I also anticipate several unconstrained "free agents" roaming around in the area. I'd advise avoiding the area for your own sanity and well being. Trip reports to follow.

And be sure to provide a GPS track telling everyone where "Not-So-Secret Bowl" is and how it skied!
