How do you deal with rain depression?

Ski in the rain as others have said.
The dirty little secret is that as long as you are happy with skiing groomers then the rain can make it feel like corn.
I use the time to concentrate on technique and form ( on pow days I don't have time for that ) or building endurance and doing lap after lap until the legs are WASTED.
That or spraying on skiing websites...... that can be fun as well.

well i guess i will take everybody's advice under advisment. I am doing toboggan testing up at alpental this weekend all weekend, so if anybody is up there look for the guy with the rubberized yellow pants blue rain shell and sopping wet red dakine pack. well i hope you are correct scotsman, and they groomed upper nash. then it would be like running a toboggan on smooth corn! sweet! now im phyched for this weekend!

Agree(!) with the Scotsman - groomers+rain=corn.  If, if your gear keeps you relatively dry and/or warm.  I remember, dimly, 3-hour telemark lessons for the Swallow's Nest at Ski Acres.  They insisted that lessons were taught in any weather including rain. Probably wouldn't have gone though if they weren't paying me.
