Thanks for the interest Biker! We had a to drop a few categories/placements this year. The Race, Rec and 50+ categories are open to Rando or Tele set-ups. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Jeff, consider using e-vite or something similar next year - it's more personal and lets the participants see who's already signed up. Nothing like peer pressure to get people to sign up for a sufferfest!

Big thanks to Outdoor Research, ProGuiding and Alpental for hosting this year's VertFest. What a beautiful day to be in the mountains. And what a fun gathering of the backcountry community.

My son was at home recovering from a bug, so I didn't stay for the awards and prizes ceremony. I hope somebody will fill us in, maybe post a few pictures. I hear that this was the biggest VertFest yet. The event was very well organized and a lot of fun, as always.
