April 27, 2008 (Sunday) Ski Fest

Our annual "Ski Fest" at a certain mountain location that would make a very good ski area  .  The gang that the "geezers" seem to hang with are tied up (no pun intended) with glacier travel class for skiers and boarders this weekend.  Much of that same group is also set-up for our annual ski/climb of Mt Hood the first weekend of May.  We're hoping that most of you can make it Sunday the 27th. With the new snow coming it should be good skiing and a great time to celebrate the season and get together for our annual TAY visit and donations.  Bring your favorite snack/pot luck, and beverage to share.  With any luck Justin and his support staff can get the "special" sled  up to Campbell Basin, which would justify additional donations.  Looking forward to seeing old and new faces.

I'm glad plans have finally crystallized...

Anastasia's got a flight to catch that night, I think, but we might try to make it down regardless -- we'll see what she says about that! Hope to see you there!

I will be in Europa...not skiing unfortunatly. Boogie down gang. Celebrate a great season.

Victor the inflictor and I would be happy to help haul items up to the festival grounds. We will be there also this sunday hopefully scoping out the site and getting some late april powder. contact me as to rendezvus times in the lot.
