We're a little over a week away from the 2nd annual VertFest at Crystal Mountain, so we thought we'd throw out this reminder.
The rando rally will run pretty much the same course as last year - so it will be both challenging and fun. New this year is the rando RELAY - 3-person teams, any gender mix, any gear mix (tele, AT, splitboard). Like last year, there will be demo gear available from a wide assortment of brands from 9am until 3pm. MSR is sponsoring a snowshoe tour and demos as well. Lift ticket is included in the entry fee, as is a T-shirt and other goodies. At the end of the day, cash prizes and gear prizes will abound and we will have Lazy Boy beer flowing. We'll also do a gear raffle that will include a pair of Black Diamond skis, MSR snowshoes, Osprey packs, and Outdoor Research apparel and accessories.
