4th annual Crystal Fest April 29, 2007

This years Crystal Fest was the largest ever! 
Great day with fun people, good food, lots of dogs, kids and beverages .

I left my shovel at the Crystalfest :-[. It is a Black Diamond, color blue. If anybody found it I would be most grateful if they let me know. Much fun, thanks to everybody who helped arrange it.

That was my first Crystalfest and, despite the lack of sun, it was fun! It was nice to see people I know from skiing and others I know only through their posting here. Amazing to see so many bc skiers in one place - Greg's first photo is one of the images that will stick with me. I hope I get all the names right: thanks to Chris for providing the keg and Justin for hauling it; Lara and Derek for bringing the only grill, which cooked up a lot of meat; Blitz and Telemack for bringing the stove and espresso maker, which were very welcome with the cold conditions; Jerry for the tunes; and everyone for the goodies. Chris and Justin very generously decided to split the excess keg collections into donations to TAY and to the NWAC. Looking forward to next year, with more sun.

sounds like it was a blast this year, guys! i wish i could have been there. i will just have to live vicariously through you all, so hurry, post more pics!! (and maybe a movie, jw?? )
