We all hate snowshoes in the skin track, but whats even worse is booting skiers and boarders in the skin track. Youd think they would know better....I frequently put in skin tracks in the slackcountry...

The scene is more open. Tons of folks out in the BC and everyone seems to be nice and willing to answer my noob questions on routes, aspects, etc. Also, most people I see are great skiers. Out in LCC...

I know that I am critical of conditions, the Wasatch will do that to you. MLK day was great fun in fresh snow, especially in one of the most spectacular spots to ski in America you simply cannot beat...
