I expect there will be a presentation in Bellingham, but haven't firmed up plans yet.

A reminder that I'll be doing a presentation for my book, Written in the Snows, for the Washington Ski Touring Club this Thursday, Dec 2, 7pm at the Puget Sound Yacht Club, 2321 N Northlake Way, in Seattle. This is the last *live* Seattle-area presentation on my schedule, currently. (No reason we can't do more, but none scheduled yet...)

A presentation on the east side like Ellensburg or Cle Elum would be awesome

Yes. I've reached out to some folks in Ellensburg about this possibility. I'll post more information if a date is confirmed.A presentation on the east side like Ellensburg or Cle Elum would be awesome

I'll be doing a presentation of my book, Written in the Snows, for the Wenatchee River Institute at 7pm, Wednesday, Dec 15, at 335 Division Street in Leavenworth, WA. A Book for All Seasons will be at the event selling my book, and I'll be happy to sign copies. The indoor venue will be well ventilated, so it's suggested that folks dress warmly.

My book, Written in the Snows, has been selected by the International Skiing History Association (ISHA) for a 2022 Skade Award, presented annually for outstanding works in regional skiing history. My wife and I are looking forward to visiting Sun Valley in March for ISHA's Skiing History Week awards event. Celebratory photo: Carpenters Paul Borell, L. E. Thorsett and John Collins of Enumclaw get the honor of the first ride up the Miner's Basin lift (Chair 1) at Crystal Mountain in 1962.
