You will always be one of the legendary people in my book and now even more so.
Good luck, heal fast and continue to enjoy your life.
I hope I have the honor of meeting you again some time.

Whoa, Tim!
Get after the list of whatever you want to get done while you're laid up -- healing can go by fast
.
Took a quick gander at Wooldridge on the map -- looks like you'll be surrounded by mountains there too, even if they're a little smaller. It might not be Baker pow, but Shasta in summer is a delight all its own.
Aloha, Tim -- looking forward to skiing and exploring with you again!
Now to the really big question: Will your niece let Silas park his sno-cat in her yard?

Speedy healing and happy trails, Obi Wan. Many thanks for all the tours. When you've got southern Oregon scoped out let us know.

wow Tim.... as others have said, I'm so sorry to hear about the accident, but I'm so glad that you didn't end up in a wheelchair or worse. I hope you continue to make steady progress and get back to full strength.
Some of my fondest memories of running amok in the mountains are from our Fairy Meadows trips....you (and Zap too) have definitely been the inspiration for Becky's and my goal of having a retirement that revolves around skiing as much as possible.
Southern Oregon is pretty nice... plenty of volcanoes and summer corn to be found. Enjoy the new adventures in the sunny warmer weather.

Tim,
You are the legend of the Baker backcountry to us old timers. It has been so cool to continue to run into you with your usual partners the past few years. Heal well and thanks for the updates. It has been a good run but you will be missed. Before you g0 you should sit down with me and a map and tell me the names of all the runs in the area. I can never keep them straight and you know them all and have a prodigious memory for the history and personalities.
Gregg

Tim - thanks for the heads up on the physical challenges and life directions.
The times we've skied together have been memorable and our interactions here and elsewhere have enjoyable. Please stay in touch as the center of you universe moves south.
Your name comes up often and that frequency is augmented every time someone asks Jeanette where she go the screen handle “MadDog”, which of course was authored by you while watching her skiing the Sourdough Chutes.
The best to you, brother. You're a legend we'll easily remember. Please heal fast and well, and again, please stay in touch.
