Glueing the screws with slow cure or marine epoxy seals water out of the ski's core and keeps the screws from loosening overtime -- highly reccommended. Avoid quick curing epoxies as they are slightly water soluable. Ureathane glue works as well -- but can be messy as it will "foam up" if you apply too much.
For the bent ski tips -- the question is -- do you want to straigten the bent one -- or bend the straight one? What's wrong with some extra tip rocker?
either way -- clamping the skis in the desired formation and gently warming them with a heat gun until they relax should even things up. I've used this method to add tip rocker to conventionally rockered skis

I've moved since then and had to downsize my ski collection, so I no longer have those...
I clamped the skiis onto my workbench using C-clamps and pieces of 1x2 as both pads and blocks . With the tips blocked up on two pieces of 1x2 under the tip and clamped against the bench mid way between the tip and the toe piece I heated the ski with a heat gun until the I could see the tension in the ski relax. Let the ski cool for to room temp and the repeat on the other ski.
I did this with some skis I got for free and it definitely improved how they skiied off piste. I used them a half dozen times after the mod with no delamination detected. YMMV
