I have a bandanna that's always looped around a compression strap. It's got a cool leopard print on it. Grrr.
I always have high quality chocolate, but since that is by deliberate planning, I guess that doesn't fit the 'random' qualifier.

I carry a Mammut bivy bag that is just a person shaped garbage bag with its own stuff sack.  Haven't used it yet.  Also fleece Elmer Fud type hat and Hestra gloves.
