Rain-X, Armorglide, or silicon paste lube in a tube, from the automotive store, in order of increasing effectiveness.

I'm guessing you're talking about the noise of the liners squeaking against the inside of the shell, no?  If so try something simple like putting the liner in a plastic grocery bag then sliding that into your shell, then walking around the living room to see if you've isolated the problem.
As a tele skier, I am troubled by not finding a way to incorporate duct tape into the fix.  ???

I think it is the shell on shell plastic making the noise. I am going to try the wd40 and report back
