This ^^ boots have gotten a ton better over the last 10-15 years.
Boots have gotten amazingly better in the last 15yrs, though both pairs of Titans I've had since 2009 are the loudest squeakers I've ever owned.
I've tried silicon spray (modest effect), powder (good for 3 steps), and finally I settled on the most effective solution: headphones for the win, and get far enough off the front that my touring partner's don't have to bear through the noise either.
