I'm looking for recommendations for how to manage my sweaty feet when winter camping...

My big challenge is my liners which never dry. I've tried sleeping with them in my sleeping bag, putting hard warmers in them, putting them in the sun as soon as we arrive in camp, etc. but haven't found anything that dries them.

Anyone have a solution that works for them?

Google "vapor barrier socks".

Have you tried using antiperspirant on your feet? I've climbed with people who use it to keep their feet dry.

I have tried that. Didn't quite work. It may be the case that I need to do it for a number of days prior to the trip....

I've used plastic grocery bags as a cheap alternative to vapor barrier socks. Change socks when you get into camp and actively get the wet ones drying as soon as possible. Generally easier to get socks dry overnight than liners.
