I like certain dri anti-perspirant. It's a liquid roll-on that I've had good luck with. I would be scared to put it on any other parts of my body, but it works good on my feet and hands.

Here are a couple of tidbits, I have the same problem, and everything else that goes with it.  A friend (a doctor) once explained that for antiperspirants to work, they need to be applied for a few days, he explained why, but I went blank.  My go to method, is shopping bags, I am partial to Safeway brand, but any of them will work.  They are not a silver bullet, but work for me.  My main reason for using them is I no longer have to worry so much about blisters, and as a nice side benefit I keep my liners dry.  I just slip them over my feet, and then put on my sock. This time of year when you can really work up a sweat, I try and stop and dry my feet, and put on fresh bags, seems to make my feet hold up better.  They are lite, last fairly well, I retrieve them from the recycle bin in the store and put them back when I wear them out.  Again this is not some magic solution, but you might try them for a tour or two and see how they work for you.

Thanks Jack for the endorsement of the shopping bag method. Though I was hoping it was going to be a silver bullet :).

Just curious, you're wearing them next to your skin? You don't wear a line sock?

That's interesting. I've always put them over my socks (not directly on skin), which then of course only keeps your liners dry, but leaves you with damp socks. Now I'm wondering how a plastic bag would feel against my feet instead of a sock. Maybe worth a try.

Thin socks so your feet don't sweat.
Bridgedale makes the best.

Then some thick ones to sleep in/ put on once you've stopped moving.
