Randy... I have dynafit brakes on my Drifters and they are 125mm.... they are bent out a bit but work just great. 128mm should be no problem.

I borrowed a couple of the longer hair scrunchy things from my daughter and looped them thru the toe piece and then to the to the mostly vestigial first buckle on my tlt4s. My very unscientific observations are that they would breakaway if yanked on. The length of those is pretty ideal for stepping next to and around the ski without having to take them off. They come in great colors too.

Right. Me too. I was talking about the hazard of having locked toes when skinning in avy terrain

The ONLY time I lock out my toes is when skinning..never, EVER when skiing.
