Thanks, again for the viddy's, Snowolf. There's gotta be at least two or three hundred frogpelts worth of 80/87 invested in those.

"For me, wilderness should be more about "non motorized" than "non mechanized".
" it was not I who made the issue out of the altitude; another poster chose to make it an issue. Unlike many in the PNW, I don`t pretend I can control the behavior of others. Take from the post what you want; Those who get the original point will and those don`t, don`t. It is of no particular concern to me either way and as I said, while it remains legal to do so, I will still do the occasional low pass to get the shot and those who can`t deal with will just have to get over it. "
It appears to me that you support wilderness as long as it doesn't interfere with what you want to get out of it. And those that don't agree with you are "kooks". The issue in the discussion isn't whether paragliders, mt. bikes etc. are allowed, it's that you're aware of the recommendations and you chose to ignore them for your own personal pleasure. You justify your position by telling us of your flying habits when you're flying over wilderness, as if your position is more important than those on the ground, who, I'd expect, would have vastly different views ("kooks") over the impact of your flight on their wilderness experience.

Snowolf, your getting popular here on TAY. Thanks for sharing the videos, I enjoyed seeing the mountains from above. Apparently others on here are gunning to hijack threads, when there is even a "hot air" section where they could legitimately start their own topic. From what I have read, not one of your posts has started out provocative and has in fact been informative, its clear that you love the mountains and love your sport, thank you for sharing.
I don't post much myself, but am loosing interest here on TAY...

I'd say the takaway lesson here is that when the goal is to share some nice footage or photos and express love of the mountains....
