I wonder if the gondola would have been able to run in yesterdays wind?
Guess we will have to wait, it would be a real plus.

The damaged gonodola car of which pictures are circulating was damaged when it was recently left unattached to the wire while standing at the top teminal and it blew over in strong winds.

None have fallen of the cable and crashed into GV.

I've got no business interest in Boyne or Crystal, but it's pretty clear, Billy, that you're running with a rumor of your choosing for your entertainment. As windy as it gets up there, and with multiple Crystal regulars reporting in on the most logical, likely answer to the damaged gondola, I'd appreciate it if you'd stop. Thanks.

I was up at Crystal today. The Gondola was running (I think test runs) at around 2pm. NWAC reports that winds were averaging about 30mph and gusting in excess of 50mph at that time. REX was on wind hold for most of the day. Anyway, it appears that the new gondy can run in some pretty stiff winds.
