This is usually where someone posts that the rain will be good because it will knock down weird layers in the snowpack...and I go to the liquor store.


This should be good from the perspective of sealing over that surface hoar layer that folks were fretting over just a few days back.  ;D

Better git yer Four Loko before it's all sold out...

I didn't see any mention of the words "pineapple express" in the several NWS forecast discussions over the last day. Where did you see that?

It was in the 0300 version of the Spokane discussion. I live in Wenatchee so I rarely read the Seattle discussion.

I refuse to be goaded. I'm taking the high road like a true gentleman should, after all being TAY's Chief Etiquette Officer demands a certain level of dignity.

I fully trust that La Nina is real and is happening and remain optimistic for a very good season.
I am jealous that Tahoe has been receiving huge snowfalls and thought they were not supposed to get this during a La Nina year so I am confused on that issue. However the skiing today was excellent. This was my 13th true powder day this season so far so I'm not complaining .
