Thanks for your kudos on the narration, tho the TGR crowd showed it their hater style, as well as the video of the park entrance, gate opening, ride up to the parking lot, and fashion police clips that I shot.  Oh, they also dissed the distant view of Tim skiing "the top 3 inches" in Edith Creek basin; jealous that they are not getting any?   By the way, all taken with the iPhone 4, an upgrade from Warren's Bell and Howell 70 DA.   Given the TGR response, I should not quit my day job; I do feel a bit like Warren, they hate him too.  Glad YOU liked it:  have fun, laugh and ski more, live longer and happier.

WM has a great article, in my opinion (maybe not the TGR crowd's,) in the current Ski Journal.  In 1947 a season pass at Sun Valley was $250, today it is $349 at Snoqualmie.  He was paid $125/month to teach plus received free lodging, same as what Wednesday night rando instructors at the pass get paid (minus the lodging.)   Things have hardly changed!  Well....except for the 11 acres at Sun Valley he bought from Bill Janss.

The teardrop trailer he used on his skiing roadtrips is quite a bit larger than my Tercel townhouse, but not as large as the awesome ride your employer provided for our trip to Mt. Shasta a few year ago.  Thank him again for me!

Yes that was a great trip and my employer has now become my partner and the snowcat is still running albeit in Idaho still.
I wouldn't worry about about the TGR maggots, they are an unruly but lovable bunch and they actually love Warren and in the recent court case where WME was suing Level1 productions for a voice over Warren did, the maggots were very supportive to the extent that Warren actually thanked them I believe. The TGR collective has considerable sway in the media world of skiing but they are definitely not for the thin skinned or overly sensitive.
I think they are a bit cynical about the" commercial" aspect of the Snowtroopers videos and can sniff stuff out like that like a pig on a truffle hunt.
I met Mr Miller once when my company contributed some funds for a skateboard park he was involved in building. Lovely man.
I liked it and your narrrative. You are an original my friend.

Don't understand why there is so much hate over there , I tend to think skiing is way too enjoyable for so much hate.
