This is a very good exercise to train skiers to keep hands in correct position and forward while skiing.

You guys are killing me. I laughed, I cried, mostly I laughed. Lordy I needed that.
Running hills or long sets of stairs for general conditioning. For power jumping up and down stairs in all directions (forwards, backwards, sideways, with one leg, both legs, alternating legs), or just jumping up, down or over a stool or rock or something if there aren't any stairs around. I haven't seen anyone trying to sell these exercises, so who knows maybe they don't even work.
If you are in the woods, jump off every root and tree stump while simulating 80's style hotdogging maneuvers. also effective in some urban areas, but may void warranty.

Wow, and I remember you commenting on how strong his kegels were before!
Yes! I will sometimes add in motor bike noises too!

Well I never brought it up... but the kegel muscles or more correctly the pelvic floor muscles are very important not just for urinary track health but also for sexual health which is important for all human beings, skiers included. Good sexual health is important for your ability to enjoy life and for those that huck cliffs, strong pelvic floors muscles are important to ensure you don't aaahemm how do you say it politely.... have a wee accident upon landing that 10 footer with mute grab.
You make joke Joe Bell but loose kegels can be a serious problem and not to be scoffed at.
See this scientific article that explains further.
Ignore your pelvic floor muscles at your risk!
