Snow depth predictions for July 22 at Paradise?

???   Have you noticed yet how many of the "Rusty Knees/Bad Back/Something's Aching or Numb Again" crew are on a yearround quest for tours where they don't have to pick skis up off the snow, let alone drag them around on their pack with boots like a ball and chain?    
They must have forgotten the simple joys of having ski tips and buckles get caught on different trees at the same time.

Hey, I resemble that remark!  Don't get personal about my desire to carry weight on my back, or I'll have to give you a piggy back ride up to Muir!   Besides you've seen my pack... 45 months and counting.
