Amazon wants $35 for new and $34 to $149 for "used".


WTF? I looked at my copy and it was only $17.95 new. You might try contacting The Mountaineers Books to see if they have a damaged copy laying around. I used to get a lot of "damaged" books from them. Usually the only damage is a bent or torn cover.
