And the Guelph-brewed Sleeman's Honey-Brown is a damn tasty beer, as is the Tall Timber Ale and just about anything else I've had from the Mt. Begbie brewery in Revelstoke.

A "White trash 411 "that I eluded to in my opening was where you call the operator ,drunk at 3 am in a new town to try and find directions to an open store to get MORE BEER, so beer and this thread have been interconnected since the start.

Hands down, nobody does craft brew like north americans. Unless of course you like bland and tasteless icewater.

I apologize for the thread drift, but most Canadians will defend the generalization that our beer is better than what is produced in the USA, just as we would assert that we are better at hockey. Seriously, you have to look at what constitutes 90% of each country's beer production and compare that. I would question the belief that Anheuser-Busch products are less "watery" than Labatts'. As for Canadian craft breweries, here are several that brew IPAs that I like that you might want to check out:
Nelson Brewing-Paddywhack IPA
Philips Brewing-Black Toque India Dark Ale and Amnesiac Double IPA
Howe Sound Brewing-Devil's Elbow IPA
Cheers!
The two thinnest books in history are"
" Italian War Heros" and
"Great Canadian Innovation " only kidding, you know I luv you guys eh?
EDIT to ADD To be fair I should add " The Fine Art of Scottish Diplomacy"
