I found a pair of tele skis @ the goodwill the other day and picked them up.  Other than some minor delam's to fix they are in good shape.  The cable bindings on the skis say Rainey Designs. From what i gather, they are the Super Loop model.
Here's my questions:
Anyone have any suggestions for CHEAP, used boot models that work with these bindings? (size 10 1/2,male)
What "type" of boots fit these bindings?
Anyone have a source for skicrampons/heel lifters for these bindings?
Anyone have any of the above mentioned items for sale?
come on, help me convert to the dark side!!! :-)
i am an avid snowboarder/splitboarder wanting to get into some longer touring/backcountry trips without the hassle of the splitboard or snowshoes.
thx!

Get back to us when you're serious. When we see the smoke from the splitboard bonfire, then we'll know. ;)

Just kidding, welcome to dancing on the snow. You're entering the market at the right time to get deals. Check Second Ascents in Ballard, and I've had good luck buying used rental stuff from Marmot Mountain Works in Bellevue.

Any duckbill telemark boot will fit those bindings -- the 75mm toe. Depending on where you want to go with it (and how hard you want to work), you can get anything from a pair of leather boots to a full-on plastic beast (which is what most folks are on these days). The leathers or leather/plastic hybrids will tour a lot better, but the downhill performance will suffer. A boot like the Scarpa T2 is a good compromise with excellent downhill performance that will last you from early-tele-flailing on into advanced-tele-flailing.

I've got a pair of shock-cord/PVC "televaters" that would do for heel lifts, or you could probably order a pair of G3 or Hammerhead heel plates to add to the ski.

I have a couple of pairs of boots that I am trying to unload that are just your size, and am willing to drop the price. :)

IMHO, FWIW, YMMV, Given the superloops (a good binding), the ski is probably an older ski with a 90 mm tip or less and a 70 mm waist or less. If this is true, any plastic boot will work: Garmont Excursion, Scarpa t-3 or t-4, or a larger boot; a really good boot is an older 3-buckle T-2 with detachable strap (take the strap off unless you need it). This boot is likely to be plenty powerful for any ski that was mounted with a superloop (unless the dude was before his time and fit it to a big alpine ski), is light enough (with a thermofit liner) to be easy touring, and not so stiff that a beginner will have a hard time flexing it. Be wary of 2-buckle t-2s and the black and green Scarpas; not worth the few bucks you would have to pay for them. An example: my wife skis Kneissel Tourstar Ultras (an AT ski, carbon & kevlar, 90-70-80), and Karhu Catamounts (a patterned bc ski about the same dimensions) both with superloops and uses the 1st generation brown t-3s even tho she has later taller, stiffer silver t-3s. I can ski my Tua Excaliburs (90-70-80 AT ski with superloops), Excalibur pluses (94-70-84 or something with 3-pins), and Volkl Snowwolfs (113-76-100 with 3-pins ) with black t-3s (but not brown) and the blacks are marginal on the Snowwolfs but the 3-buckle t-2s are perfect.
