Dynafit Race Boots-$1400??

Wow, that makes four brands of carbon race boots (Dynafit, Gignoux, La Sportiva and Scarpa).

I'm pretty sure the boot I heard about was by Scarpa not La Sportiva. Adam at Pro Ski in Seattle showed me a product sheet. He was like, "Maybe you'd be interested in these boots," and after looking at the price, I was like, "No, I don't think so." 

I've already blown my carbon fiber budget for the year on bike stuff. Think I'll wait until these boots show up on Steep and Cheap.

Imagine how quick you'd be able to skin on these beauties!
