Surfing TR - Here you go Scotsman!

Does anybody know about surfing the northwestern tip of Vancouver Island, in Cape Scott Provincial Park? It's a hike in to camp, but there are at least three great looking beaches/bays.

I've heard of people surfing in San Josef Bay (warning: surf kayakers there). I've only surfed in the tofino area...but vancouver island has some good waves.

WOW, that looks scary. great picture.

this past weekend just north of Lincoln City, OR was the annual Nelscott Reef Classic...another big wave tow-in comp (this year had a paddle in division too).
