Skiing With Silas

Silas was spoken of today by a few of us who  have skied with him (one of whom was on skis that Silas recommended after one of his ski review junkets), while we enjoyed lots of bouncy turns at the  other end of Boyne's Summit domain. No waiting there today!

My favorite comment about skiing with Silas was on his "100 months" congratulatory thread, from Greg Mueller, who wrote (as I remember it at least) "Congratulations  Silas, for 100 months of losing  your partners"

Missed ya today Silas. The two skiers across from Armstrong this morning were comedy and just what we needed while waiting in line.

Didn't ride c2 with the 45 minute line.

I spied Silas sloshing the cream cheesed bumps beneath the Summit's newest chair this morning.
Unfortunately I was unable to catch up with him and settled for tagging along with the snowbikers instead.
Conditions were certainly better than expected, esp. in the Hyakcountry.

Spun a lap with Silas today on l'Internationale @Alpental!

Silas looked lonely atop Knoll 0 this morning... too bad the safety coordinators wouldn't let us go join him
