Well, yeah, but he hasn't been deleted. Not that I want him to be, but again the standard doesn't seem to be applied consistently.

Oft. Libel of a ski area operator counts for more than persuading enthusiastic yet incompetent "mountaineers" not to skin up rolling knolls.

I'm not sure what comparison you're drawing, oftpiste, but Scotsman hasn't been deleted, unless you're talking about the posts in the "Fools" thread from earlier in the week. If so, Ron hit the reasoning behind that one pretty well in his post and it had nothing to do with libel vs. incompetent mountaineering.

Doc Jim
...ski patrol now admits that #18 did indeed get blown over by high winds and rolled down into GV...the only lift lines last saturday were those at the gondie...you are right as 8 folks a minute is not impressive...somebody pimped bucket #1 on sat as it's door would not open at the morning ceremony...so a mechanic had to climb atop #1 to reconnect the pneumatic hose which had somehow became unconnected (despite the testing)...to be fair, the new gondie is very nice and now gives me an excuse to ski to the bottom...

No offense but...
This is what I thought...your credibility with (me) just took a major hit. Not that anyone cares what I think. It's ABOUT being honest about things that pertain to the safety of people, not about me. But I guess that being deceptive and secret, conducting "kill the messenger programs" in the name of the corporation, is the American way! Der der derrrrrrt!
Team W____y...I have another name for it.
Respectfully shaking my head,

Lordy lordy Mr. Billy....I was standing in line and got into the second bucket that had paying folks to ride the Gondy on the first day...and watched what happened...with a bucket actually labled #2...the sensor that checks that the doors closed the way they shouldl was not exactly set correctly....which caused the lift to stop...the guys in the know spent a few minutes adusting it...rode the gondy bucket machine a couple times today...no stops...no buckets falling off...and I like having it...cause it drags a few folks away from REX....maybe if you use a couple of your free days at Crystal you can be one of those folks riding it...and not plugging up the rest of the lifts. Come up on a week day...no lift lines...no real Gondy line to talk about...

Lordy lordy Mr. Billy....

That's Mister Mountain to you sir!
The "LORDY" provides for the tolics, late in the day, in a magical place at Alpental called, LOT 3.

As for your buckets,
I have already sent in my reconnaissance team and we have fully verified the "buckets" strange symbol that is found on the BOTTOM of the "buckets".
This subliminal BUCKET SYMBOL is the corporate elite's way of having a "bit of a laugh" at you.
NOTE:we KNOW what the bucket symbolizes, its the BS scoop, but what does the SYMBOL symbolize?
More on this later.
