Copper Peak saddle looking toward Wallabee late Sunday morning.
Nicely edited video capturing the whole experience and area.
Great album! Nothing like the peace & quiet and cool air under starry skies at WA Pass.

Great set of pictures Snakeman. You captured the Silver party. Skier with the yellow jacket is Eric who drank the ale. Skier 3 is me who took your JW pics. Nice meeting you!
Awesome want-to-keep-staring-at pictures all.
The third shot is awesome. Captures a vertical world where gravity rules all.
thread drift… Too many close relations have died in too many ways, in the mountains, in the water and other. I know that's true for many of you -- many condolences given every year on this site....
Coming down.
Snow coverage to Black and looking back up from lake to ridge.
July 2, just as good. Great snow and merciful cloud cover. Here's another pic going up and the bear. Great day to be out there. We hiked 90 minutes before putting skis on.

Way to get back there in and out of the Methow. Nice 3+ day getaway but too bad about the end thrash. Great pics on Flickr Susan. Any hermits living in the mine lodging?
That first picture is really nice.
Missed you Silas. We did the 9:30-1 shift. Not too hard crust early with just enough top dressing to carve -- sun softened up all morning with best snow around noon.
Jim chowing before the glopfest.

We were part of the slogfest up to Muir. Hung out for a long time on Anvil savoring the views then headed down late in the day. In spite of the vertical snow textures it was mostly soft on top so fun...
The last picture. !! It's like you're in a national park or something. Nice to live in a place where you can resume riding in August after 6 months off. Get your warmup runs in before the sn...

Peace brothers. Glad east coasters are reading how good it is out here.A Mass. native and 29 year PNW resident.
Beautiful pics Mike! Well planned with the lodging, hops and stars.
One more pic. It was runulation.
We went topside, to the west end off N side to the saddle. Beautiful day to just hang out on top with 360 views. Good corn but lots of runnels from saddle to Bagley Lakes. Silas you chose the primo ru...
