No more ddk Powder Bowel ( sic) reports for a while....Oh no!

Very truely sad :(. Glad I got a couple last nice runs with Silas on Friday...That was probably the start of the big slide...chair 6 was running faster than it has all season - almost like the good old days - probably big voretex torque thing going on twisting all of Campbell Basin. ;)

I too have fond memories of that chair; riding it on the first day it was open, jumping off at the low point above the cliffs in a big snow year because the chair was stalled and I was going to be late for teaching my class, a weekday in April when we skied Brain Damage 5 consecutive times, and many many stormy rides up for face shots on the way down.

Does anyone have any good "before" pictures taken from similar vantage points?

March 7 photo, before the throne opened.  This whole basin slid?!!!  What a difference three days makes.

Much appreciated for the comparison pics. Please keep em coming. With the foggy vis and obliterated landmarks it really helps to get an idea of what happened and where.
