Heard about this today. I am just sick over it. Had two crying spells today.
I remember our last day together in the Tatoosh. I think it was late March or April everything just runs together after 53 days this season, but I remember the last time I was with you guys. We skied down the other side of Castle - yours and Brenda's most favorite run. I remember that huge avalanche debris path that had come down sometime the week before between the time we had skied the week earlier. We were all freaked over it.
On the next trip up I remember you and Brenda found another cool line and it was loaded with pow. She was so into it just giving it on her teles.
The other cool day was on 911 and I remember her saying, "Mike now you be careful that slope does not look good....Be careful Mike......"
You guys made the best pair........I love the both of you.......now there is only one.......that is just so unfair.
However, I truly believe when I go to the Tatoosh next winter Brenda will be there GOING BIG! I know I will see her ripping it up and I will hear her voice. Floaters never die they only transform!!!
By the way I never post on TAY, but there are times rules must be broken.
My heart goes out to you, thinking of you a lot.
