SLUSH CUP TIME -- 8/16!!

I am bummed I missed it, as I was camping with the kids in Squamish. Looks like another success!

I also had a couple of first time in a very long time to the park, they were taking their camera's out regularly on the hike in to capture the spectacular scenery .  What a great day for picture taking with sun and clear views of the mountain.  They will definately be back and are looking forward to tagging along on some of the "geezer"  outings this winter  .

Great costumes all! 

Lots of food, treats, and friends at the tailgate gathering afterwards  .

Interesting to note Jesse Hummel moving that ice island... I never saw him do that and I thought I was there the whole time. Guess I missed more than I thought, eh?

Too many Slush-A-Ritas...

Thanks for all the pictures, everyone.  What a fun time.

This will be controversial, but at this time I'd like to propose we vote for a
         [size=16pt]"2009 Slush Cup Mountain Babe"[/size]

My nomination is ... [size=16pt]GregM[/size], for the following reasons:
1.  He looks MEOW-arvelous in that leopard print dress.
2.  He took time to grow out and bring his real hair, which looked good wet or dry.
3.  He rode his bike uphill, in the pre-dawn hours, two miles with his skis gear to meet our van pool
4.  On the other end of the day, he refused a ride home, instead strapping his skis and gear on his bike and riding back home in the dark.
5.  And he was a great guy, in spite of his cross dressing tendencies.
