TR with the wrong images ... overwriting problem?

The first link is an older TR that is strangely showing images from the newer TR at the second link. Both TRs from the same (rad) user, and the images are named 1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc. Maybe the TR image uploader overwrites old images if the same user happens to upload new images with the same filenames?
