On the bright side I just heard from my family(locals) that fire fighters were able to save the loup loup via aerial bombardment.

Just saw some flyover video of the loup loup. Looks like the chairlift and buildings near the summit are intact. Pretty sure the lower buildings are safe as well.

Loup-loup's FB page just posted an update confirming no damage. Fire burned right up to the edge of the area, but brave efforts by the firefighters kept it at bay.

date is not correct on the top cam but seems to be correct on the base area cam.

one of the 2 very cool historic small areas connected (almost ) by hyway 20 in WA!
if you like loup loup you should also visit hurricane ridge, it has a 3 cylinder dogleg poma!
i love those low key areas! very few powder hounds on storm days!
