Loup Loup torched?

Heard through the grapevine that Loup Loup Ski Bowl has fallen victim to the Carlton Complex fire. Hoping the rumors aren't true, as "The Loup" was one of the few ski areas in the state I hadn't yet visited :'(

Anyone have additional info on the state of affairs there? I know Pateros took a major hit and both Hwy 20 and 153 are closed between Twisp and the summit of Loup Loup pass and the Columbia, respectively.

I heard third or fourth hand that the lodge didn't make it.  I hope the new bathrooms did.

If you are talking about my comment, I'm wasn't joking. I can see how it looks that way. The new bathroom is really nice and was a recent volunteer effort. My comment was sincere.
