Which part violated the TAY terms of use?
Well, the several claims of various violations of law and assertions of unsafe guiding practice are quite arguably defamatory and most assuredly harrassing (when taken in the context of all your posts), both of which violate the TOU. As has been repeatedly pointed out to you, you do not lack for options for airing these concerns, ranging from our country's free and open press to unmoderated internet forums such as 4chan, to blogs or a web site that you yourself host. It is not fair to the folks who have to keep this site running to repeatedly ignore requests of you that you stop putting us in the position of having to decide whether you are placing defamatory or harrassing content on the site. You've aired most of the concerns from the deleted post more than once in posts that can still be found on the site. Save us all some effort by leaving it at that.
Whether your attacks on these businesses are positive or negative is irrelevant to me. As I read them, I can't sort out whether they are accurate or not - this is not the purpose of the site or its moderation (I do, however, appreciate the press as well as our justice system for their roles in these sorts of questions), so we will tend to err on the conservative side with respect to potentially defamatory content. And by the sheer repetition, there is no question in my mind that you have veered into harrassment.
